What it changes for you
Security first: the Kivala access code is only communicated once the check-in is fully completed. Identity verified, contract signed, deposit collected. If any step is missing, no access is sent. You set the rules, Anywhere and Kivala enforce them.
Freedom next: the code is active only during the stay dates. It expires automatically at checkout, with no action required on your part after initial setup.
And for the guest: their code is waiting in their Online Check-in interface as soon as validation is complete. They can send it to themselves by email in one click. No app to download. No extra steps.
