What's the difference from an iCal connection?+

An iCal connection updates every 15 to 30 minutes — enough time for a double booking to happen. Anywhere's direct API is instant: as soon as a booking comes in on Airbnb, it's blocked on Booking.com within seconds. It's the only real guarantee against double bookings.

How long does it take to get up and running?+

Less than an hour for most users. The onboarding is guided step by step, and the Anywhere team makes sure everything is properly configured before you go live.

Is Online Check-in included in the subscription?+

No. The Channel Manager is €15/property/month. Online Check-in is an optional extension at +€10/property/month, and Direct Bookings at +€15/property/month. The total invoice is capped at €1,000 excl. tax/month regardless of which combination is active.

Is there a commission on my revenue?+

None. Anywhere is a fixed monthly subscription capped at €1,000 excl. tax/month, regardless of the number of bookings. Zero commission on your revenue, zero surprises at the end of the month.

Is my data really hosted in France?+

Yes, without exception. Servers, AI, processing — everything is hosted in France. Your booking data, guest messages and financial information never leave French territory.
