Igloo Connect enters the Online Check-in
You already knew the Igloohome app on your Online Check-in. Today, it evolves and takes on a new name: Igloo Connect. Same philosophy, refreshed interface, and the same promise of frictionless access for your guests.
A new name, the same continuity
Igloohome has been rebranded and becomes Igloo Connect. If you were already using the Igloohome app in your Online Check-in, don't worry: everything works the same way. Your smart locks, deadbolts and key boxes keep generating unique access codes for each stay. Your guests complete their online check-in, receive their codes, and arrive safely.
The transition to Igloo Connect is done through the new integration available on your Online Check-in.
What changes
The Igloo Connect app now requires a $2/month subscription through Igloohome. That's the only notable change. Feature-wise, everything you loved is still there: automatic code generation, customisable validity periods, and arrival information shared with your guests.

The Igloo Connect app goes beyond code generation. It remains a true arrival guide: add a map, write down the exact route, illustrate it with a photo of the building entrance. Everything your guests need to find their way without the slightest hesitation.
